I’m excited to announce that this Thursday December 5, I will be embarking on a 7 day RAW food challenge! I’ve had an overwhelming response on Instagram and many people are joining me on this exciting journey.

So let’s get started:
- Start the morning with a glass of warm water with lemon! Let’s clean out and detox the body!
- Unlimited greens and fruits. Make sure you’re full!
- Nuts & seeds
- Lots of water to keep hydrated
–> No processed, pre-packaged, cooked food! Just natural, whole food ingredients and of course-raw, raw, raw
I will post food & smoothie pictures during the week on my Instagram account to the following hashtag #SWF_7DayRawChallenge.
I encourage everyone to join in but remember that you should always get advice from your health care provider before making major dietary changes!
Take pictures of your meals & smoothies. Don’t forget to include the hashtag #SWF_7DayRawChallenge so we can have a central place to track our progress. The hashtag will allow us to easily view each other’s recipes and pictures for inspiration and motivation.
I will also feature some of your raw creations with the hashtag #SWF_7DayRawChallenge on my IG! If you include the recipe even better!
