Presentation really is key and sometimes can make or break a meal (to me anyways).
I love serving my soups in deep white, wide-brimmed bowls. The outcome is so elegant. I feel like my family is dining at a fancy restaurant about to dig into some classic or exotic cuisine. The bonus, though, is that I know what all the ingredients are…healthy, allergen free and completely homemade.
If I really want to “spice it up” I add some beautiful fresh garnish to the top and it takes the meal to a new level! It may just be all in my head, and that’s ok! What matters is that meal time is fun, my family gets excited by the fantastic looking food they’re about to dig into and I’ve turned a simple meal into something great. Continue reading
